The Paris-based Comexposium Group, one of the largest trade show and conference companies in the world, has acquired Mobile Motion, the company responsible for organizing the Mobile Media Summit events in the United States and in Europe. Paran Johar, the founder of the Los Angeles-based company remains its CEO. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
