10.10.2014 - New event in Nippon

Important Japanese institutions, such as the Japanese industry ministry METI, the Japanese foreign ministry, but also European players such as the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation and the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce have taken on the role of patrons of the new Energy Storage Summit Japan. It will take place for the first time on November 6, 2014 at the TKP Akasaka Conference Center in Tokyo. The summit of Messe Düsseldorf is the first event dedicated exclusively to the topic of energy storage in Japan. The international composition of the advisory board, the speakers, session chairs and participants of the final panel discussion guarantee that the sharing of experience will be global. Running concurrently with the Energy Storage Summit Japan will be the VDE Financial Dialogue Japan. Organised by the VDE, the Association of German Electrical Engineers, it will provide a platform at which questions of financing of the ecosystem, bankability, and risk reduction in the use of renewable energy sources and business and financing models will be discussed. The Energy Storage Summit Japan is part of the “World of Energy Storage”, event series of Messe Düsseldorf. It is currently composed of five conferences and trade fairs on three continents and therefore covers the world’s most important energy markets. (ank)
