The new Diamond Show (March 27 to 31, 2014) in Basel, Switzerland, will showcase leading diamond and diamond jewellery manufacturers from around the globe. The event provides an innovative platform for diamond sourcing, sales and networking. It is organised by International Diamond Ltd., Israel, a company owned by, and a subsidiary of, the Rapaport Group LLC. It will offer diamond buyers a unique opportunity to source their loose diamonds from an outstanding collection of more than 60 diamond exhibitors’ inventories. The venue for the inaugural show, Markthalle Basel, is only a few minutes’ walk from Basel’s central train station. Also just an 8 to 10-minute drive from Baselworld, there will be continuous shuttle buses to pick up and drop off buyers throughout the show. ank
