23.09.2013 - Sweden wins congress
For the first time, the European Association for the Study of the Liver (EASL) has chosen to hold the International Liver Congress in Stockholm in spring 2017, at Stockholmsmässan. It has also been decided that the congress will return in 2021 and that Stockholm will be one of the event’s three rotational cities. The International Liver CongressTM will be held April 26 to 30, 2017 and April 21 to 25, 2021. In total, the meeting is expected to attract up to 10,000 participants to Stockholm and Stockholmsmässan per year. ank
