28.01.2009 - Food safety: the global challenge
Barcelona (se) - The CIES International Food Safety Conference is an annual event, bringing together over 600 food safety specialists from over 50 countries around the world. This year the event will take place in Barcelona’s Catalonia Palace of Congresses February 4 to 6, 2009. The 2009 CIES International Food Safety Conference in Barcelona will follow on from the Amsterdam meeting by focusing on “Food Safety: The Global Challenge”.
