Madras Jewellers and Diamond Merchants Association (MJDMA) and UBM India, a UBM Asia company, have rescheduled the 12th edition of the three-day Gem & Jewellery India International Exhibition (GJIIE). The mega B2B gem and jewellery extravaganza originally scheduled from March 18 to 20, 2016, will now be held from October 7 to 9, 2016 at the Chennai Trade Centre. The change of date is due to the upcoming legislative assembly elections in Tamil Nadu and security concerns of all exhibitors and visitors. ank
