We wish to identify an international company with the relevant experience, resources, expertise and networks to submit exhibit design and quotation submissions for; The International Tourismous Bourse (ITB-2013, 2014 and 2015) World Travel Market (WTM-2013, 2014, 2015).
All the exhibits or stands will be custom-designed and purchased on hire basis over the above duration after which the stand builder will be required to dispose of all exhibit components at own cost upon expiry of contract.
The exhibit designs should be designed to accommodate modular variations mostly driven by different space configurations at different exhibitions.
The exhibits must retain unique design and image at all targeted exhibitions and trade fairs.

The exhibit or stand will play a key role in terms of accomplishing the objective of creating a platform to facilitate business transactions for us and suppliers from Kenya during targeted exhibitions and trade fairs in terms of the following;

* Generate a positive ‘top of the mind positioning’ and name recall for Kenya in the International travel market.
* To secure business leads for new business.
* To nurture existing business.
* Product launches.
* Trade and media cocktails.
* Interviews with media.
* Cultural performances and animations (a small stage to accommodate 6 dancers max.)
