The many aspects of food will be showcased at the inaugural Food & Hospitality Africa taking place at Gallagher Convention Centre from May 3 to 5, 2016. One of the most tantalising features of the expo will be The Skillery, a culinary hub presented by the South African Chefs Association (SACA), to showcase the world-class talents and skills of many of South Africa’s chefs. Food & Hospitality Africa – the only pan-Africa hospitality, food and retail expo – aims to be the most representative hospitality, food and drink, catering equipment, and food service event on the African continent, organised by Specialised Exhibitions Montgomery. ank
