Russia partnering CeBIT

Alongside technology trends, from March 15 to 21 in Hanover CeBIT will feature the most extensive and high-class conference programme of its history with more than 1,000 congresses, forums and conferences. The target group is executives and specialists from the high-tech industry. This year's show is aiming for around 6,000 exhibitors from some 70 countries. Russia is the partner country at the world's biggest fair for digital solutions in information and communications technology (ICT). In excess of 150 Russian exhibitors will showcase their innovations on 5,500 m2 of exhibition space, making Russia the fourth largest exhibitor nation. 2008 will bring a new-look CeBIT. In a wide-ranging process actively integrating all the parties involved, the show concept has been reworked. The major changes are a shorter, six-day duration, participation models, an attractive pricing system and a package of 30 individual measures aimed at further improving the quality and quantity of contacts.
