The Berlin Premium group, organiser of Premium, the reference fair in the high-fashion segment, has reorganised its ownership structure. Norbert Tillmann, founder, CEO and until now one of the three owners, has sold his stake. The group has found a new partner in the holding Waterland Private Equity. The purchasing price was not disclosed. Anita Tillmann and Dr. Florian Bachelin have retained their share and position as CEOs of the company. The next edition of Premium takes place in Berlin January 19 to 21, 2015. ank
