17.09.2014 - Tradexpo goes international

In 2014, Tradexpo, France's major trade fair devoted to the home, toys, DIY, gardening, household appliances and stock clearance will be moving to another level. The aim is to conquer the European market. The show will retain its three sessions in January, May and September but will be moving to new venues. The Exhibition Park in Le Bourget hosted the last event at the start of the year. It will move to the Parc Chanot exhibition park in Marseille for the session in May, and finally to the Porte de Versailles in September. These moves will enable the fair to reach a much larger market in France, by reaching out to the south of France and abroad by organising the 60th edition of Tradexpo in France's leading exhibition park. This venue will make the event more accessible and the new facilities should increase the number of visitors. The new format will provide clear benefits for the 6,000 buyers, manufacturers, wholesalers and importers attending the fair, which boasts some 180,000 product references. GL’s trade fair for consumer goods takes place from September 7 to 10, 2014. (ank)
