Salon du Chocolat, owned by Event International S.A., is the world's largest event dedicated to chocolate. Now it opens its first edition in Londonfrom October 18 to 20, 2013, at Olympia National Hall. Bringing together producing countries, chocolatiers and consumers, Salon du Chocolat London will host over 60 British and international participants - craftspeople, chefs and cocoa experts - and will delight the public with all things chocolate. Salon du Chocolat is a distinguished brand within the chocolate industry, with more than 23 shows being held around the world each year. The Parisedition welcomes more than 135,000 visitors and the show organisers are excited to now bring the show to Olympia. For its 2013 edition from October 30 to November 3, 2013, the Salon du Chocolat will increase from 12,500 to 20,000 m² dedicated entirely to sweet treats. Its chocolaty centre in Pavilions 5.2 and 5.3 of Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center will become the meeting place for the big names in chocolate and fine pastry. The new space will house confectionery and regional specialities to delight the taste buds of all epicureans. (ank)
