Taipei (akm) - Computex Taipei was running at maximum capacity at Taipei International Convention Center from June 2 to 6, 2009. 1,712 exhibitors were hosted who used 4,498 booths. The show welcomed 34,829 international buyers from 214 countries and 118,978 international and local visitors. Computex intends to take on the function as an information hub for numerous industries, including those one does not immediately link to IT, such as medicine, automobiles, aerospace and education.
