From October 21 to 25, 2012 SIAL - The Global Food Marketplace takes place at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition grounds. This year in the special exhibition section SIAL Innovation hub, organiser SIAL SA is presenting 403 products as special industry innovations. The biennial event last drew 136,381 visitors, who encountered 5,601 exhibitors on the 113,007 m² show floor.
