Dallas (ja) - A collaborative relationship has been formed to explore opportunities for cooperation across a broad spectrum of common industry activities, including among others safety and security, advocacy, education, industry affairs and best practices. The group includes Larry Arnaudet, Exhibition Services & Contractors Association (ESCA); Michael Gehrisch, Destination Marketing Association International (DMAI); Steven Hacker, The International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE); Dexter King, International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM) and Lew Shomer, The Society of Independent Show Organizers (SISO). The group will meet for its first official work session June 2011 in Washington, D.C.
