Cologne (akm) - According to organiser Koelnmesse, Carbon Expo – global carbon market fair & conference – will return to Cologne after a successful edition in Barcelona. Once again it will be organised jointly by the World Bank, the International Emissions Trading Association and Koelnmesse. 3,000 participants and exhibitors from more than 100 countries are expected to attend the 2010 edition from May 26 to 28.
