Rimini (se) - 170 companies await trade members from the seafood chain at Rimini Fiera February 14 to 17, 2009. The 8th MSE Seafood & Processing (International Show of Mediterranean Fishing Industry Technology and Produce) is being held. On show: from fresh to frozen produce and oven-ready dishes to preserved specialities, as well as equipment and processing systems. The Innovation Award will be promoted at that edition, conceived to give an acknowledgment to the best new fish-based product presented at MSE 2009, as well as ensuring the highest possible profile to exhibiting firms investing in research, in order to help them promote their new products.
